Certification exams in 2026 are held on four dates:

  • 1 February 14-15, 2026 (Saturday-Sunday) - level B1 and B2
  • 2 April 25-26, 2026 (Saturday-Sunday) - level B1, B2, C1
  • 3 June 27-28, 2026 (Saturday-Sunday) - level B1, B2
  • 4 October 17-18, 2026 (Saturday-Sunday) - level B1, C1
  • 5 December 5-6 (Saturday-Sunday) - level B1 Adults, B2 Junior

Registration steps

    Filling out the registration form (please fill it out carefully; an error in the e-mail address will prevent further communication). Please do not register twice.

    Individuals who register will receive two emails:

    1. An automatic confirmation of the correct completion of the registration form.

    2. A confirmation of the allocation of a place along with a request to make the payment within the specified deadline (details are provided in the message).

    WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS MADE IN ADVANCE (BEFORE REGISTRATION) OR PAYMENTS FROM INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF A PLACE FOR THE EXAM.

    Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the registration confirmation email. Payment instructions will be sent together with the confirmation.

    Once after receiving an e-mail confirmation of admission to the exam in Polish currency (zloty).

    If a VAT invoice is needed, this must be reported on the day the transfer is made to: egzamin.vitasschool@gmail.com
    The following should be added in the payment title: “FVAT” next to the first and last name.
    It will not be possible to issue an invoice on the day after the payment has been credited without prior notification.

  • 5 Exam refund

    Persons who did not attend the exam for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control are entitled to a refund of the exam fee, provided that this fact is reported in writing and the deadlines listed below are observed. If the request for a refund of the exam fee is submitted: more than 46 days before the planned exam date – the Organizer refunds 80% of the exam fee; less than 46 days before the planned exam date – the Organizer does not refund the paid exam fee.

    Yes. The state certificate in Polish as a foreign language is valid indefinitely.

  • 19 Can I appeal the exam result?

    Yes. A candidate may submit a request to have the written part of the exam checked again within 21 days of receiving the result.

Important information

Written exam

  • Each participant must bring a passport and their own pen.
  • Examinee should not bring unnecessary things to the examination center, including books,
    mobile phones.
  • During the exam, only: examinees , people involved in exam service may be present in the
    exam rooms.
  • During the exam, each examinee uses his own pen (NOT a pencil). Answers written in pencil
    will not be evaluated.
  • AKADEMIA VITAS does not provide drinking water. You may bring your own water bottle to
    the exam.
  • If the examination board notices a candidate communicating with another candidate during the examination or using any electronic device to communicate with a person outside the room, that persons examination will be voided and the candidate will not be allowed to proceed with the examination.
  • Candidates are required to follow the instructions of the examiners.
  • People who arrive at the exam after the registration time will not be permitted into the room.

Oral exam

  • Each participant must bring a passport and a pen.
  • You must arrive for the exam NOT earlier than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled exam time.
  • The exact location of the exam site will be emailed two weeks before the exam date.
  • The approximate time of the oral exam for each person will be posted on the day of the written exam at the entrances to the exam rooms.
